Most orders placed before 3pm are packed that same day. Average delivery time for standard delivery is between 1 and 7 days. We also offer express shipping which aims to get there in 1-3 days

How do I return an item?

Returns can only be accepted for sealed products; once opened, returns are not possible. You must organise returns within 30 days of delivery. To arrange a return, email us at skincare@porefavor.com

How do I use the Money Back Guarantee?

How will refunds be made?

Refunds are processed directly to the original payment card for security. We use a secure third-party system and do not have access to your card details. We can only place refunds to the card used for payment, if you do not have access to the same card you will receive a refund in store credit.

Purchasing a subscription does not make you an account, if you have not already you need to click Create Account

I can't see my orders

For account access, make sure to sign up using the same email address used for your order. If you've done this but can't see your details, please email us at operations@porefavor.com for assistance.

How do I change my subscription?

After you log on click "Manage Subscriptions" to edit subscriptions and update details

How do I update my card?

After you log on click "Manage Subscriptions" and then go to "Payment Methods"+

How do I change how often my subscription is sent?

.

You can do this from within your account - just click "Edit" and then "Delivery Schedule"

How do I cancel my subscription?

.

On "Manage Subscription" click "Edit" and at the bottom "Cancel Subscription"
