Terms
Guarantee Start Date
For the purposes of this Money-Back Guarantee, the guarantee period begins on the date you receive your first delivery (or the date it is marked as delivered by the carrier), whichever occurs first (the Guarantee Start Date). The required 90-day usage period and the 10-day claim window are both calculated from the Guarantee Start Date unless we provide written approval confirming otherwise.
Packaging Returns Requirement
As part of our Money-Back Guarantee process, we require the return of the glass storage jar and any pouches received. This requirement helps prevent unauthorised resale and protects the integrity of our supplement. If we do not receive the required items back, we cannot issue a refund.
Returned jars are not reused. All returned jars are recycled at a local facility.
Return Label and Processing Fee
If your claim is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. A $10 processing fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Minimum Usage Period and Claim Submission Deadline
To qualify for the Money-Back Guarantee, you must use the product consistently at the recommended intake of 2 capsules per day for a minimum of 90 consecutive days, starting from the Guarantee Start Date. This minimum period is essential because addressing the underlying drivers of skin congestion can take time.
You must submit your claim within 10 days after the end of the 90-day period, calculated from the Guarantee Start Date. If approved, your refund will cover the full amount paid for the bottles, less the $10 processing fee.
We may amend, suspend, withdraw, or replace our Money-Back Guarantee at any time, at our sole discretion, without notice. Any such change will apply equally and without discrimination or bias toward any person or group of people.
If we amend or withdraw the Money-Back Guarantee, the version in effect at the time you placed your order will continue to apply to that order, unless we expressly state otherwise.
This Money-Back Guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not limit, exclude, or replace any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or any other applicable law.
